The PDPR Reporting Tool should be used to report either:

  • Local Induction / Personal Development Plan - for New Starters - this should be completed within 7 calendar days of their start date. Managers should signpost new starters to review 'Your Journey starts here' on-line resource as part of the Local Induction process, and submission of the PDP reporting tool confirms this has been actioned.
  • Annual PDPR (Appraisal) for existing employees as part of their annual PDPR cycle. (Please note - interim PDPRs are not required to be reported but should take place on a regular basis during the 12 month period.)

This Reporting Tool can be completed by either the New Starter / Reviewee or the New Starter's Manager / Reviewer.  Information provided will be used to update PDPR compliance information on ESR and, where applicable, to report PDPR Ratings.
